Industry organizations promote professionalism. It is highly recommended
that you choose an inspector who holds a membership in an organization such as ASHI or ESA.
6. Is inspections fee too high? (Competitive)
Price should not
be the primary factor in determining which home inspection company to use. The $25 or $50 to hire the "right" inspection
company is minimal compared to the thousands it could cost you by hiring the "wrong" inspection company.
